1. Processing Time:
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and design proofing before your blanket goes into production. This does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Production & Shipping Time:
As we create your blanket on-demand just for you, production and shipping typically take 7-10 business days. Your total delivery time is: Processing + Production/Shipping.But sometimes shipping time is less than 7 days according to customer location.

3. Free Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $130 USD to most of our key markets! Enjoy great savings on our premium Hello Kitty blankets. 

4. Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately after placing your order. Once your blanket is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

5. International Orders:

• Customs & Import Duties: For orders outside the United States, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to calculate these fees, as they are determined by your local government.

• Shipping Times: International delivery times vary. Please see the market-specific estimates below.

6. Shipping Carriers:
We partner with trusted global carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal services to ensure your order arrives safely.

1. Our Policy (Print-on-Demand Nature):
Due to the personalized, print-on-demand nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

• Defective (e.g., misprint, faded graphic, faulty stitching).

• Damaged during transit.

• The wrong item was sent.

Note: We cannot accept returns based on a "change of mind".

3. How to Initiate a Return:
If your item is eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [Your Customer Service Email]. Include your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will respond quickly with instructions.

4. Approved Returns (Defective/Damaged):
If your return is approved, we will provide a free shipping label to return the item to our fulfillment partner. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate a 100% refund to your original payment method. You can also choose to have the item replaced.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receiving them.

• Any item not in its original condition.
